location was ok, far from the bust and fuss but that means you are a distance away from the food joints and shopping malls. security including car park appears ok. check in was a breeze. room walls need repainting and more maintenance. carpeting looks poor. TV too small tho the cable channels were welcomed. full length glass window is good. bathrobes should be provided in the room. swimming pool too small. breakfast limited variety and quality of food only average. overall, not value for $ and undeserving of the hyatt brandname. this is at most a 3.5 - 4 star by international std.

Like Most: Good Ambience, Nice Scenery, Spacious Room, Clean Bathroom. Least:- Too many Disruption between stay. Was interupted at least twice while taking a nap and bathing, Lack of hair dryer, Lights at the bedside not working. Check In Delay for 45mins. Spacious room with good sea view scenery. However, one unit of light by the bed is not working and bathroom is lack of hair dryer. As indicated in the website, a bathrope is provide but prove otherwise. Excellent cleanliness. Rated average as I was interupted while taking a nap and bathing. Waited for 20mins for my order. However, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Waiting time for order can be minimize. Smoking areas should also be place outside instead. Most of my friends are shopaholic. Thus taking a cab through and flo will be very inconvenience. However, I would recommend friends who are going ther for business rather than vacation. Location is not within walking distance to shopping centre. Have to call for cab everytime when going out. This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment, its tired, worn and a bit smelly. We asked to be moved to an alternative room as the first one was foisty/smelly with badly stained carpets which also had a severe damp patch on the carpet floor leading from the bathroom, my parents room adjacent and the alternative room provided to my wife and I also had the same damp patch which seems to be the fault of the gradient of the floor tiles on the bathroom floors. On a positive note the staff were pleasant and we were only staying one night.

dont have the "bath clothes" in the room via booking with your end, but if we book directly with the hotel, then we will have the "bath clothes". In additional, at around 11++ in the morning, got staff come and knock our door, which we think he already disturb our stay.

The rooms were clean and confortable, ameneties were complete and up to standard. Television could have been larger. Efficient room house keeping. Cabs were easily available. Hyatt JB is the one of the better, if not best, hotel to stay when you're in JB.

The place is not accessible and the variety of food served is limited.The atittude of the cook is also not good.Only the front counter staffs are poite and helpful.

Hotel room is quite spacious but however is quite old. There are not much varieties for the breakfast and the food is always not enough for the guests to enjoy. Service is quite slow in the cafe too. Can only stay for 1 or 2 nights only.
