Bejaya is NOT a 4 or 5 star hotel. It is basically a large 3 star Hotel. I stayed in one of their "superior chalet" room and it was extremely basic on all accounts. Noise insulation was very poor. AC broke down. The fan broke down. Furnishings, bathroom were very average. They charge way too much for what you get. They make it look like they're 5 stars but they're a long way from it. The service and food in the restaurants is quite average to poor. Overall, I would say that most people will be disappointed with their expectations.

The standard of the rooms are very low. The stuff was not helpful at all. Awful beach. We do NOT reccommend this hotel or this location on the island.
