Kim Lin Kok, Malaysia "we reached the hotel at 2.30 am and there was no bellboy to assist in our luggages. The room is excellent which is value for money. Reception service is very prompt & efficient. The service by the "concierge" at the hotel entrance was not helpful. The venue that we wish to go took us 10 mins by bus from the bus station whereas the "concierge" told us was very near and within walking distance. He advised us to walk : imagine with the weather so hot and also we were not familar with Macau. He should have advised us to take a taxi. Overall the stay is ok. " Gay See Leong, Singapore "The swimming pool is under renovation and was not informed during my booking. The cleanliness and spacious of the room with super view is what we enjoy. Free transportation to ZhuHai custom and Ferry Terminal making our trip easier. Bus stop and local food store is just within 5 min walking. The Hotel staff are friendly and fast in responding to request. I would recommand this hotel even as compare to other 5* like Lisboa although is in the cental of Macau but was surrounded with all the upgrading work.
