I just had a one-night stay in this hotel. But it's good that I just stayed shortly. Not that the hotel sucks but I guess some of the facilities and other services did. I think they should hire english-speaking employees especially at the reception or at least somebody who is fluent and can communicate well; not leaving the guest clueless of what they are actually saying and communicating. Guests cannot use the sauna facilities unless you pay for 100++ hongkong dollars or pataca or you're a VIP of the hotel. DUH!!! Still another, the room is so spacious, clean, and well-maintained 9no question about that) but there's no complimentary coffee or tea to offer the guests, unlike in some 3-star hotels where these anti-oxidants are just waiting for grab near the water heater. It was a relief that the hotel offers free transport to the ferry station in Macau. And lastly, I did not realize that Taipa is not within Macau; that it's another island out of Macau. So, you need to cross the bridge in order to get to Macau (which is not so far, anyways). And you can't linger in the foray of great and beautiful casinos unless you did cross the bridge, though. But to give a little fairness to the hotel, if guests and tourist would want to opt for serenity and away from the honking and bonking of city life, they would certainly enjoy this hotel. And I was in awe by the sight of larger-than-life statue of Zeus nestled on top-center of the hotel. Amazing! :-)

The hotel is mainly a casino operating for casino guests. The business centre is vertually non existing. There is no internet service. The hotel clearly operates for asian guests since most signs, menus, etc are in chinese.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The hotel was very old. The room itself was large, but the wallpaper was peeling, the carpet looked dirty and had stains on it. During our checkout, the reception area was empty and we waited some time before someone could help us. The price we paid for our stay was expensive for the quality of the room and service. It is not likely we will visit this hotel again.

Very nice and beautiful hotel but there are only 2 restaurants (Chinese and Western). Upon arrival, we wanted to have our lunch at the Western Restaurant but were turned away due to the chef unable to prepare the ala ca orders. The chef was busy to preparing food for the package lunch buffet for the Chinese Tourist from Mainland. We wanted to have supper at the Western Restaurant after the Casino game at around 12am. We were told that they serve drinks only and no food. They suggested us to go to the Chinese restaurant to eat and order coffee from them. What shocked us was the Mocha Coffee with no coffee fragrance at a price of RMB50.00 per cup excluding taxes and fee. Paid RMB75.00 for the buffet breakfast at the western restaurant. It was unpleasant. Not much selections. The coffee is so diluted, the colour is like the chinese tea. The bread was hard. The ham is stale. Did not try the rest of the food as it was awful looking. Food served in the Chinese restaurant was slightly better but the serving staff were rude and unhelpful. I would like to stay in the hotel again and hope that they will improve in their Food and Beverage Outlets: restaurant, bar, lounge.

I am Anthony's daughter and sorry to say this but the hotel was crap. Hotel outside looks magnificent. The hotel smells, you can smell it five metres outside the hotel. The rooms were old and dirty- the tv, carpets, the shower didn't work properly. The hotel is full of people from China which has downgraded its star rating. It feels like a 1 star hotel then a 4 star hotel. I hated every minute there.

the hotel is suppose to be a 5-star. I have stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels and this hotel offers only the ctegory of a 3-star. The lobby is full of "guests" sleeping at the coaches. Cant find a place to sit. The reception is not helpful either. The rooms are not impressive, very basic - with very litle amenities. I dont think I will recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities & cleanliness are very good! But the service is no efficiency due to wasting too much time to check in & taking the hotel van to the gateway so disorderly. even no staff concerned to this poor situation. So it is a poor service in a five star hotel!

The hotel has got the least friendly staff I have ever encounter. Rooms are quite old. Hotel facilities are aging and carpet is smelly. There are numerous other choices which are better than this hotel in macau. Will not stay a second time.

When we booked the hotel, we were under the impression that this was a 5 star hotel. But it is definitely not. It is essentially an old hotel which was built to 5 star standards but now is not even 2 stars! Most staff don't speak English, the linen is old and so is the furniture, tapestry and everything else. It seems the hotel is only focussed on casino traffic and service levels for hotel residents are very poor. I will never recommend anybody to stay in this hotel

One thing about the hotel, is that the rooms smell a bit stale. and the walls of the toilets are not exactly clean. it will be good if there is free shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel.

I was in room 1248 and the view was excellent. Thank you. The daily queue for the shuttle bus is a bit rowdy maybe could re-locate so as not to crowd the front of the hotel as it is the first impression one gets on arrival.

It is convenient to go shopping around the city area. Besides, like other major hotels, it provides free transport to the ferry station over the bridge. Its casino being wonderful attraction. The only shortcoming being the unfriendly attitute of some casino staff, especially the one servicing inside the $10 restaurant, rude and unfriendly. Anyhow, I personally enjoyed staying in your hotel and would certainly pay another visit to your hotel soon. Thank you.

Room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. However, Guest Service staff is not so friendly or helpful. Free shuttle service to and from Ferry Terminal provides convenient connection to other parts of Macau, but the wait for the shuttle bus increases from 15-minute to 30-minute after 10pm. The HK$10 food in the casino is cheap but the staff is not friendly. Casino is not so exciting. Checking-out takes longer time as they have to check the room, a practice which I have not experienced in all the hotels I stayed. Overall, the stay in the hotel is worth the payment.

Free shuttle service is provided to and from the Zhuhai border post and the ferry terminal but none for the airport. All buses pass the hotel so that is a great plus point. Proximity to the airport is also advantageous as taxi fare is around 30 MOP which is reasonable even though the hotel does not provide a free shuttle. Free shuttle service is designed for casino patrons only. No free wireless or broadband Internet access which is a standard feature in most hotels now. I had to borrow a bathroom scale from housekeeping and was only successful because I spoke Cantonese. The scale was so precious that my request was initially denied but eventually granted for ONE HOUR ONLY. The hotel's business focus seems to be the casino and not hospitality.

The foods provided in the casino are cheap but not so tasty. the staffs are not so friendly and they take times to check the room when u check out. i have been waiting for quite long just to get back my deposit. very near to macau air port. there is a bus stop just beside this hotel so we can take air port bus.

The swimming pool is under renovation and was not informed during my booking. The cleanliness and spacious of the room with super view is what we enjoy. Free transportation to ZhuHai custom and Ferry Terminal making our trip easier. Bus stop and local food store is just within 5 min walking. The Hotel staff are friendly and fast in responding to request. I would recommand this hotel even as compare to other 5* like Lisboa although is in the cental of Macau but was surrounded with all the upgrading work. Overall this is a pleace i would suggest and my stay was really pleasant.

Lighting in the room is insufficient making the room very dull and uninviting in the evening. Right bed light not working as well, making it impossible to read in bed. Hotel service is unfriendly and suspicious. I wonder wether this has to do with the quiality of guests you have, which generally seem to be rather loud and rough.

we reached the hotel at 2.30 am and there was no bellboy to assist in our luggages. The room is excellent which is value for money. Reception service is very prompt & efficient. The service by the "concierge" at the hotel entrance was not helpful. The venue that we wish to go took us 10 mins by bus from the bus station whereas the "concierge" told us was very near and within walking distance. He advised us to walk : imagine with the weather so hot and also we were not familar with Macau. He should have advised us to take a taxi. Overall the stay is ok.
