We only stayed 2 nights in early July. Hotel was fantastic. Room was big, bed was huge!!! Reception staff were totally lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel lobby was awesome. Very flash-all black marble and gold. Antiques were also interesting scattered throughout the lobby area. Bathroom was amazing and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath thing. Everything very clean and lots of amenities in bathroom. After we had been in the room for about 20 min there was a knock at the door and my daughter was presented with the most beautiful array of chocolates(Welcome gift I assume). Sh...

She felt very special and was a lovely touch. location brilliant-only a short walk to Senado Square and the old part of town.Casinos in hotel not great but very close to Grand Lisboa next door which was fabulous. Also as previous guests had said, many ladies of the night in lower level shopping area. However they didn't bother us at all and were very attractive and well groomed. My daughter didn't quite know what to make of them I think she knida guessed even at 12 years of age.Husband thought it was all good. Finally free mini bar was great.I would definately recommend this place.

Although this is an older hotel, it is very well maintained. I so loved the bath tub with the jaccuzzi like features! Very retro and vintage interiors give this hotel a great personality!

The hotel felt very impersonal. There was no great welcoming or feel good factor when arriving. For going to Macau for the first time, I felt a better welcome rather than the feeling of 'just another tourist arriving' was apparent. The hotel is complicated in lay-out terms. The staff are vague and uninterested. The hotel is dated from the outside and labourious on the inside. Was unimpressed by the ladies of the night or day chasing men as they walked through the shopping area on the ground floor at 10.00 am! The food / bars were not the kind of quality you would find in other parts of Asia. Construction / Angle grinding and hammering going on in the bar area in the evening was a put out and un-relaxing. This hotel needs to get up to speed with the rest of the world... Totally outdated and tired...

I enjoy stayiing in this hotel. It is well located and maintained very nice and clean. The casino located inside the hotel is not as easy to gain access to as the one located across the street. We had to walk all around it to find slot machines in the last floor down.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town area with free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal and near other casinos. The Wynn and Star World are just across the road. The hotel has a new casino at the Grand Lisbao which is linked to the Lisbao. We liked that the hotel manager is understanding. We had an upgraded room after some dispute over our booking for a non-smoking floor. The room was very luxurious. As a result we had a memorable stay.

Very ornate and colorful. When we arrived, our original standard room that we had reserved was not ready, but we were upgraded to one of the siutes. Staff was friendly and attentive. The only thing we found interesting was the" ladies of the evening" parading the lower level of the hotel. Glad that we experienced the Lisboa mystic, but I don't think that I would stay there again

No way this is a 5 star hotel, 3 would be my rating. Smallest room and bathroom I have had at a 5 star hotel. The internet connection was antiquated, wires all over. And that was paying extra for the "New Wing". I can't imagine the old!

Although the rooms were very nice, it was very noisy from the people in other rooms and water noise late at night which was very loud. Otherwise I found the room very nice but a bit expensive for what you get.

Fantastic and convenient for adding that something special to your stay. Every night, a few dozen ladies walk the walk in the lobby and the gambling rooms are filled with the scent of smoke and high rolling mainlanders. If you want the true Macau experience, there is no place--I mean, no place--better than Macau.
