Excellent concierge staff - Mark, Gary, Paul to name a few. Veronica in front desk and co. Near shops, local restaurants, walking distance to a lot pf places or a short cab drive. Hotel shuttle to HK ferry. We actually went back after a few days on return from HK Disney.
Food was actuslly very good in Hotel that we regret we missed the Portugese-Macanese Buffet. Will definitely be back...

It was a disappointing stay. The rooms are small n dirty! The toilet was dirty and full of stains!! The room was meant for 3 but they only provide towels for 2, we have to ask for it.Location is the only plus point for this place.

Honestly, the location of this hotel is very feasible to all aspect of one's trip. very near to Ferry Terminal ( plus the complementary buses going there every 30 mins) not too far from tourist spots. Great bed. Huge for one. Staffs are very accommodating.

The swimming pool is great, but the shape of it is quite strange. If you swim every day, like I do, it was hard to do laps in the pool b/c of the way the pool is made. The way it is made is actually quite dangerous if there are more than two people doing laps in it. The shower head was quite weak -- it was hard to take a shower fast b/c the water coming out of the shower head was not strong.
Other than that, my stay there was wonderful and the hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly.

Check in service was a little poor. i had booked and paid for four nights but at check in was told that the booking was for two days. Service clerk took a while before confirming that she had made an error. Location of hotel is convenient but lack services such as bus run to border gate and ferry point.
In comparison to the newer and bigger rooms offered by the new hotels, Holiday Inn rooms are pretty average. Ensuite bathrooms are appearing a little run down and towels are jaded

The hotel is strategically located within most of the Casinos. It's very safe as it's right in front of the Police Station.
We were presently surprised when being told that the lift has to be operated with the Room Card, which gave us an extra sense of security.
The staff at the front desk, restaurant, concierge etc., were extremely helpful and friendly.
The only setback we felt was that the bathroom floor is a little dirty (room for improvement).
On the whole, we have a very good and enjoyable time indeed!

Excellent service, good facilities. Definitely you get the most value for your money. The thing I like best about the hotel is its location. I have booked another trip to Macau and I have chosen to stay with Holiday Inn again since I had a very good experience during my last stay. Highly recommended to those on a budget but want to have a pleasant night's sleep.

Excellent location and I like the large twin beds. The service is very good. An area for improvement is the reliability of the free shuttle bus service which is not very regular for pick-up at the destination eg Pier, Barrier Gate etc to the hotel.

This hotel is well located surrounded by many retail shops and within walking distance to the big name casinos like Lisboa, Wynn, Galaxy, etc. If you need to access the internet in your room using a laptop, you need to specify this need early as only rooms from the 18F upwards have such facility (not sure if this will be upgraded in future to all rooms). Otherwise, all other aspects are good for the money paid.
