i was upgraded to an executive room which was excellent. will stay again. although the hotel is on Taipa it is still easy to get around and very close to the race track if that is of interest. A HotelTravel.com Member, Malaysia
overall the service is quite bad as our arrival, no one help to carry our baggage, frontline staffs not friendly as well, while attending us the staff dare to pick up phone & attended another customer quieries where we are still standing there for check in!!! Juan luis Abenza parera, Spain

Overall, this hotel was consider good to me. It even give me an upgrade to executive room which was more spacious. However, the remote control to the TV was not very sentive. The location was near to airpot, the four face buddha.

Like: Very close to bus stop. Hotel staff helpful in giving directions, and generally friendly. Room is big enough. Supermarket and many eating places nearby.
Dislike: I asked for double bed, and guess what? They joined 2 single beds together and take that as double bed (room #1203). It's uncomfortable because the joining edge is hard and protruding. Not good at all for couples.
By the way, most locals speak Cantonese. So it will be very helpful if you know this Chinese dialect. Murtuza Rampurawala, India
The location of the hotel is very good but the only problem is people dont know english and so it is difficult to communicate. Rest overall very good place and worth the cost. Josephine Phang, Malaysia
There seem to be some construction work around the area. The noise level is bad. In addition, their policy of charging customer for a full day board if arrived early is really a dissapointment. They should at least charge the same rate that the customer book online if they arrive early. Thus without making the customer contact your services which is a hassle for customer to phone and look for internet cafe. Lalaine Mesina, Philippines
