We had a wonderful holiday at Macau. It was due to the location of your hotel in the city, very cooperative staff, and the facilities in and around the hotel, moderate charges and the cleanliness of your hotel.

Even hotel is not as modern as others but overall is satisfied. there's free shuttle bus from hotel to ferry whichi is convenient for us. hotel staffs are helpful and can communicate in English.

overall good hotel, but its a bit difficult to find the hotel for first timers. The hotel should put on the net information regarding transportation from the airport/ferry terminal to hotel. We like the fact that they don't have casinos int the premise, they should advertise this more on the net, we pnly found out after checking in. The room size was good and spacious, adequate for a family with kids. We like the free internet service however a longer duration will be good, may be good to have the internet service in the room too. Reception staff and F&B were good but swimming pool area was a bit unfriendly. Was rather difficult to find at first but once we got use to it was OK. Its quite a busy area in the midst of shops. More regular shuttle bus may be required, perhaps sharing with other hotels. And bigger coverage of area will be good too.

When our first step into the hotel, the hotel lobby look very nice! But when we went into our room, the room look very old & the carpet also look a bit dirty. Generally every thing is ok, just the lobby staff not so helpful!

What i like most with the hotel is it's accessibility to all areas . Your on time shuttle bus to the Macau Ferry Terminal is a PLUS factor when you tour around. What you should improve are your transportation services on arrivals and going back to the airport.requests were attended on time. suggest you teach English your Front Desk ansd Room Service staff. generally quite as there is no casino. Ideal for a family.
