The location was pretty out of the way, tuck in a secluded corner, but there were free shuttle buses for guest to get around. There wasn't any tour desk available and the concierge was not able to book any tour packages. We had to go to the ferry terminal to book tours personally.
The buffet breakfast was not good. Have tasted better ones in 3 stars hotel.
I would rate the hotel more of a 4star standard overall.
