The hotel certainly do not appear to be what it looks like online. This is probably a tourist class hotel. The staff is not so friendly. We had problem getting a taxi/cab to the airport and were told that the hotel location is badly congested and no taxi/cab would want to come to the hotel to fetch any guests. Lastly, the exchange rate we were charged was exhorbitant, you do not follow the prevailing market rate!! We felt cheated!

There are two incidents that happened during my stay. In the first day, we are not given bath towel and there is no check to ensure these are in place. At one occasion, both the lift does not come to the ground floor. The Chinese tourist had to make a big fuss before someone from the reception area come to attend and check. Lastly, the room floor don't seems to be vacumm as I can feel some small particles and dust.
