Room was clean. Bath was very modern. Information was in room for many activities. (food, dining room service, shuttle). Extremely pleased with the services. Closeneesss to airport was an extra. Staff were incredibly delightful and dedicated to their respective jobs. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a wonderful hotel. I will come back. The concierge was a true gentleman and knew where everything was. I saw him everywhere. Great job Thank you all. If there is any downfall it would be the smell of smoke in the hall and room. I suggest perhaps having specific floors for smokers only and keepi...

The swimming pool is closed from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the weekend - this is a very long lunch break!! Furthermore, my husband and son were told that they could not use the pool because they were not wearing bathing suits. Indeed, they were wearing proper bathing suits and my husband had to speak to the manager before being allowed to swim. The food at breakfast was terrible. The big attraction for us was the location of the airport being right above the airport. Our room had a birdseye view of the full operations of the airport and runway, which thrilled my son. The room itself was a bit worn with dirty carpets that could use an update badly.

Hotel is excellent except the matress, it was not comfortable. Nevertheless, this hotel is okay. Just a stone throw away (literally) beside the airport. Shuttle is walking distance. Clean rooms, clean towels, clean bathroom. If you're not very particular about matress, go for this hotel.

Walking distance from the airport, go to the departure Hall and then opposite the road. Checkin on Level 9. Breakfast is okay, but.. the rooms are very smelly, smoking rooms although asked for non smoking. Only choose this hotel if you are late for arrival. Oh.. the beds matras is hard, very very hard.Very hard beds. Children jumped on the beds to find out that it was like a stone mattras. English is very bad. Also when you use a credit card for a deposit, they can not release the deposit on check-out, meaning that your credit limit is used for more then a week. It is an airport hotel, never saw a hotel so close to the airport. Because of the airport, many taxis available. Good breakfast though. Children did not eat in the hotel, took a hotel and went to ... Mc Donalds (sorry haha). When you arrive late, and depart early, otherwise, choose a better accommodation. (because i traveled with 2 kids, you don't want to travel after the flight.

I think the service counter staffs and the security guards need more training in customer servicing as they appear very "Cold" and unhelpful. No shuttle bus at all and when I ask whether is there is a shuttle bus serivce, all they could do is just saying "we do not have any shuttle bus service". I believe it will be better to provide more information to me regarding to the other transportation around the hotel. Must understand that this hotel is just beside the airport which is in Taipa and is quite a distance to anywhere. It will be very confusing for first timer in Macau. All I use is the luggage deposit as my flight was in the evening. This ended my stay in this hotel with a "sour" not. During the process, the security guard whom was assisting me was grumbling, giving me a "black" face, need my assistance to bring the luggages into the hotel storeroom and was given a vebral warning of not to place expensive in the luggage deposit which I think he should had informed me on a nicer tone.Yes, if you are having huge/many luggage(s) especially on the last day as it is just beside the airport. No, if you are moving around Macau and do not have luggages as this is out of the way and will cost quite a bit in the transportation and there is similare 4 star hotel like this in down-town Macua and Taipa.

Overall a good place to stay. The location next/attached to the airport was handy as it allowed use of the free shuttle-bus services from the airport to various large Casino/Hotels such as the Venetian and the Grand Emperor. Otherwise it is quite remote from the rest of the province, but as it is such a small province and the taxi fares are so reasonable, it is not a major problem. For Plane Spotters this would be a dream. If you get a room overlooking the airport you get a better view of the runway than the control tower does! The staff were polite and as helpful as they could be, but the highly recommended concierge mentioned in a previous review was noticeable by his absence during our 4 day stay. However, in all, we would recommend a visit to Macau in general and the Hotel in partcular. Being next to the airport there are always taxis and free shuttle-buses available at most times of the day. Amazingly quiet for an airport hotel. No aircraft noise whatsoever. We never saw a specific concierge during our stay, which was disappointing, but the rest of the staff were as helpful as they were able to be.

Really nice hotel, very clean and well kept.Wonderful views to the sea and the airport runway, so fascinating! One couldn't get closer to the airport and bus/taxi stops also very close-by. It was a little difficult to find as one cannot see the hotel from the arrivals level, only from the departures level one floor above. A sign inside the airport arrivals area would be so, so helpful. Anyway, everyone in the airport knows about this hotel so not a big problem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, even if you're not using the hotel.

Hotel is in very close proximity to the Airport. View from our room was good. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Speak good english and mandarin. Patient with our enquiries too. Counter staffs & hotel security officers (those wearing suits and carry walkie-talkies) are very friendly and helpful. Great transport service to Macau city though it would have been better if the bus interval is reduced to 30min instead of the current 1 hr interval. It is far away from all the entertainments but it is in very close proximity to the airport. Airport is just across the road and you can literally walk there in less than 5 min. Great to have the armchair with leg rest provided. Nothing special about the room. It's a very normal room which comes with a rather big bed. Regarding the room, a few things bug me. First, the bedsheets & blanket are dusty and not exactly clean. Had a very itchy night of sleep and the two pillows provided were of different quality. One was much much much softer than the other. It was as good as not using a pillow to sleep on. The master control switch next to the bed does not work. I had to switch off the television and lights manually when I want to go to bed. Neither does the "Do not Disturb" light switch worked. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected a well stocked room fridge too but it was empty. Only a set of tea/coffee was provided when there are two guests in the room. No safe in the room thus not a recommendation to keep those valuables in the

Accessible to airport. Shuttle transport to city should be increased to 30 min frequency instead of hourly.

I liked most its location. I could just over from the airport. The shuttle sevice provided is also excellent. However it would be better if the shuttle bus has a few more stops.
