I was offered a room upgrade which I paid for. They said that the upgrade would give me a better view of Macau. When we checked in the view that we saw was the side of an apartment and that's it! The floor carpet was all stained and there were bed bugs. And this is their deluxe package. I would not recommend this to my friends who are also planning to go to Taipa and Macau.

Facilities are not all satisfactory. Swimming pool was not operating at time my stay in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was consider not exclusive for the room rate charged. Shuttle bus should include airport transfer. Currently inconvenient for tourist arrival from the airport. Front desk staff friendliness is not satisfactory when questions asked especially regarding moveabout in Macau as there is not enough signboard indication for visitors. Location near to airport but far away from main attractions. Public transport is not easily available from hotel to airport. Room rate consider expensive for the current service available.

Staff not accomodating. They would not even help you carry your luggage. You just cannot borrow an adapter which should be supplied in every room. The beddings WERE NOT CHANGED during our 4-day stay. The worst accommodation I ever experienced.

The rooms are small with poor lighting. The shuttle bus is less frequent and it is difficult to find at the ferry terminal. The cleanliness of the room is fine.

Bell persons are very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is not on the center of Macau but there are bus stop nearby but you have to know where to ride and which bus to ride. The rooms are big but dark. Shuttle bus is from Ferry area to hotel only and it takes a very long time for a shuttle to come by and no bus stop indicator where is their bus stop.Driver is not friendly. Average 3 stars hotel.

Overall not too bad but room rate slightly on the high side. Hotel staff although friendly but not too good with giving directions to certain places like Venetian. We have to find our own way. Quite quiet and not many eating places or shops are opened. Quite a distance to find food. Breakfast quite boring.
