While the staff were very friendly the location was out of the way and the hotel did little to protect its guests from some of the traps in Macau. For example taxi rippoffs. Advice on restaurants was unreliable and information about what to see was limited. OK for the price but a basic stay with no frills. Mini bar costs outrageous.
