It was all I expected of the hotel after reading the good reviews before I went & more. The glass partitioning of the bathroom with the bedroom was a very good idea - you could watch TV while in the bathroom!! And it gave a very modern & clean & spacious outlook to the already big room which I got. Very central & easy to move around everywhere by bus or walking. Easy to get to restaurants which was just around all corners. Loved it. Bellboy was most polite & gracious when he showed us to our room. Commendable. No noise from renovation which was supposed to be on but i saw no one working! ...

It is a very spacious and luxury room. The room ambient is good and comfortable. However the housekeeping tends to take quite awhile. Around an hour after calling in. The receptionist is also not very friendly but acceptable. Overall its a good place to sleep in

Room Deluxe for 1 night : carpet is very old, all lights open but the room is dark, bathroom : if you want to wash your head, the pressure of the water is very poor. TV : several channels, the room is big but inside nothing : small table - bed - 2 chairs. View on the wall. Not famous. Can hear what happen in the corridor because the door is not a cut sound. Conclusion : Price is little expensive for this poor quality but if you dont have choice, why not stay 1 night.

The hotel is in a good location within walking distances to the various Casinos, the bridge to Taipa Island and City area. Very convenient. However, the only inconvenience was that there is no Restaurant or Lounge in the Hotel.

Bed is hard to sleep on - like sleeping on a cardboard. Reception personnel does not speak english or have very little knowledge of English (eg I asked the to repair the towel rail in the bath - have to spend 10 min or so to talk to the receptionist in cantonese & english and have to draw a diagram for them to understand) therefore making conversation difficult. As a result, we try to avoid the asking them for help and on our own most of the time. Security is good - there is always one around the reception when we leave or come back. Location wise is close to most facilities. Whe we too a Crown car back to the hotel, Crown personnel have a bit of difficulty identifying the hotel, maybe implying the hotel is a bit difficult to find.

Location not in the center of activities. Casinos quite a walk away, the shops at Senado square a taxi ride away or a few kilometers walk. Hotel foyer quite gawdy, needs more English speakers on the front desk. The bathroom is like an aquarium, see through a glass from the bedroom. You have to draw the shower curtain to block the view. Beds so wood hard. Room quite big though and with plasma television. Zen like room furnishings takes a bit of getting used to. Taxis are not easy to come by esp. at night and early morning. Shuttle bus so worn out and takes a long wait at ferry terminal from Hongkong.

if you do not speak Chinese this is a very difficult Hotel in which to stay. Virtually no English spoken at all. There did not seem to be formal arrangements for breakfast that I could see, and even if you tried to use room service, nobody understood the english words that appear n the room service menu! The staff really tried their best and the room was well equiped. The roadside location with insufficient double glazing and numerous stains on the carpet in my room all helped add to the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in terms of public transport and some of the casinos and the city centre and shopping area is reachable by foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel room itself was great value. We had a deluxe room and it was very nice and really spacious. The only drawback was the mattress which was really almost as hard as wood and thus did not provide true comfort. Other than that the room was good. Don't expect nice views from the rooms at this hotel though. The hotel itself seemed fine as well, although I am still surprised at how few of the staff speak English and how limited the knowledge of English is with the staff that does speak English. Having said this, as far as we have seen, this seems to be a common problem in Macau. I find this really strange for a city receiving so many tourists, but I suppose this is because most tourists are from China. If you don't really mind the lack of English and don't really look for too much extras in a hotel, the Beverly Plaza hotel offers an OK location with good rooms (at least the deluxe rooms) at a reasonable price.

The rooms in this hotel are excellent, clean and well laid out, with modern fixtures and fittings. The location is also very good, just behind the Lisboa Hotel right in the centre of town. The price paid, via this website, was fine for the standard of room. But, the staff basically did not speak much English. Most of the clientele is Chinese, and they obviously had no problems.

Very good and affordable hotel. Rooms (we booked 3 for the family) are large, clean and well equipped. View is so so. Close to the historical city center and a street away from the big casinos (Lisboa, Wynn, Galaxy, ...). If you come by taxi bring with you the chinese name of the hotel and address since many taxi drivers don't know the english one.

The Beverly Plaza is in a fairly convenient location, a short walk from the Casino Lisboa (which is also a major bus stop). The room seemed slightly aged, but otherwise made up nicely with most of the things you'd expect in a hotel room, along with a great view (I was on the 15th floor in a corner). I don't spend too much time in hotel rooms when on vacation, but it was comfortable and a good price too.

The renovated room we stayed in was excellent--very modern with dramatic lighting and quite spacious. The room looked even more spacious because the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was a glass window with drapes that you can draw down. There's a big wall-mounted LCD TV opposite the bed and the stark white marble bathroom was an enjoyable contrast to the dark bedroom. My two year-old son liked the place so much, he called it the "nice-nice room." We got the room at about 75% off the "published rate" through this website (thanks!) and were very pleased with it. What we weren't pleased with however was the service. The receptionist was neither pleasant nor rude, but didn't speak English, so communication was a problem. And the bellboy who was supposed to bring up our luggage grew tired of waiting for the elevator to come, so he left us by the elevator to bring our own bags up! All in all, if you don't mind the lousy service and want a really nice room to stay in (at a great marked-down price), this is a great place for you.

Good hotel, not far from city center (taxi there cost almost nothing, so this is not important), good quality rooms, LCD TVs, cool bathrooms. At the moment hotel is being refurbished on outside, so windows are shut - but this should not be a problem. So in total - good hotel, good value for money, quality rooms.

The hotel is located in the city center, and other areas are easy accesible due to its proximity to a bus stop. The room is extremely big and has all facilities required, even a flatscreen tv. Although some language issues, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Although constructions are going on in the area and the hotel is renovating, no noises are noticed. I would recommend this place for your stay in Macau, either for business or leisure. Due to your website, i paid only USD 59 for a stay in this hotel, which is a fair price for its location and the room.

That hotel was under construction, so it is too noisy to sleep. I can't sleep well, but nobody didn't explain about that. I cannot see the scenery through the windows, the windows are covered by something. Only location is that not bad...
