Location was within walking distance to the Mekong River, Market, Fountain, loads of restaurants and all the other tourist attractions. Pool water was a bit cold but facilities were excellent. Best place to stay in Vientiene....

Great hotel, probably not the best in Vientiane, but I really liked it.Near the river (short walk) and loads of bars and eateries.Not the most happening place in Asia, but excellent for a quiet relaxing holiday with the family.

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was well presented and in a good position. We asked for an extra bed for a child which was quickly provided though we though thought the cost of $30 was a little high, though it did include breakfast.

Good location, in the centre of Vientiane, quiet, friendly staff. Lack of choice at breakfast, at least for Western tastes. General impression of cost cutting or 'penny pinching' on very minor items. Expensive internet connection. Room was small and cheaply furnished. Not good value for money and there are better options in Vientiane, at a significant saving.

Generally the hotel had a tired feel to it though the bedroom was good size and adequate. The reception service and bar service was slow. I would like to recommend that they issue 2 keys for rooms with 2 single persons (ie twin bedded rooms) so as not to disturb fellow traveller if returning later in the evening
