Room is clean and comfortable, Hotel staff is helpful and speak english can communicate, Breakfast is good, location is near the town which is very convinient there are a few western restaurant, only set back is there is not transfer arrange to pick up gust from air port. Overall its a nice hotel to stay. Don't mind going back there if ever going to vientian again....

Rooms at this hotel are very different. The first one we stayed in was good - on the first floor, large and clean. The second one was terrible - very small and on the ground floor, right near the carpark; it also smelled mouldy, had mosquitos and didn't feel clean. We were supposed to be picked up from the airport but no one arrived so we had to arrange and pay for our own transport. The breakfast was also average. We stayed in many hotels in Laos and this was the worst.
