When we arrived they couldn't find our booking(everything had been already paid). It took more than 30 min for them to find it...otherwise the location is great, the rooms are big, clean and well equipped. And beware the lady selling cakes in front of the hotel (I don't know if she works for the hotel or not). We bought 2 times something from her and both times she gave us the wrong change (a note was missing) so count your change everytime..

Excellent location in Luang Prabang, very friendly staff, we'll recommand it to our friends. Also free internet in the rooms if you travel with your laptop, that's a plus.

excellent choice if you want to stay in the heart of the city, as every evening there is night market right in front of the hotel, which is very lively and restaurants are closeby. we had a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. the only thing we were not very comfortable with the shower being in the bedroom, but did not have too much problem on that account.
