Place felt very secure. I liked a safe on the room, and the internet connection on the room was very good. A nice swimming pool gave also the possibility of relaxing during the weekend. There where lots of people in the hotel and that gave a good atmosphere.

We (2 adults 2 children) stayed here overnight twice to and from a Safari in July 2008, but had to get two rooms the Hotel has only twin rooms. The staff were excellent, they were able to find rooms for us at 5:00 am in the morning (even though official check in time is 2:00 pm) and did not charge us extra, and even allowed us to swap to side-by side rooms later in the day without extra charge despite the fact that we had slept in the beds for a few hours. You can negotiate prices for taxis from the Hotel with friendly, safe drivers - arranged via the porters. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the in house restaurant had good quality reasonably priced food. Clean, tea/coffee making facilities, cable TV, wireless internet access, beds comfortable. Poll (but was too cold outside to use during our stay), porter and taxi service, good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff - a pleasure to do business with. Buffet breakfast included in tariff, good variety of breakfast foods. Restaurant food of good quality and reasonably priced. Rooms serviced and cleaned twice per day - bathrooms very clean, but a little old. Clean, safe (securing guard on each floor of hotel), friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Leafy area, about 3 km from city centre. Porters arrange taxis from front door, airport taxis know hotel well.

The restaurant with the buffet was value for money. Ther were not so many entertainment facilities. The sswimming pool location was not vey nice. small garden understandable for a hotel in a big city.
