Fabulous view, very convenient garage under the hotel if you have a rental car.
The concierge spoke very little English, had no map of Amman, and got me an unmetered cab. Nothing positive to say about him.Upkeep of the room (I stayed for 4 nights) was average in terms of vacuuming and cleanliness.
