Service staff (restaurant) was very polite, but most of the staff (restaurant, reception) had no - or very little - knowledge of English, which lead to some difficult conversations, where it did not refer to standard needs. Rooms are very small - but that may be standard in Tokyo - and clean.

I love this hotel, stayed there several times. The staff is very friendly and tries to satisfy every wish. The rooms are clean, small but everything one needs is there. Location is excellent and in walking distance to Shinshuku

I made a reservation through Hoteltravel on the Internet. When we arrived at the hotel we are given some rooms in the annex building. These rooms are 2-3 square meters smaller than the rooms in the main building. There was no question about the room type during reservation process. I was given a smoker room. I wanted to change the room, but, there was no vacancies. So, they cleaned my room. I had to stay in a smooker room. Anyway location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are usually small in Tokyo business hotels. Overall, I can say that the hotel is an average hotel. Rooms in the annex building are smaller. They said that they are giving small rooms to Hoteltravel customers. Breakfast and restaurant are average. Very near to Shinjuku Station nad subway station. There is free internet through ethernet. The location of the hotel is very good.

Just felt good in this hotel; helpful and professional staff; silent and cleen rooms; there was fast internet connection available in my romm and so I could use my portable PC easily; good quality TV (unfortunately- no channel in English or any european language); breakfast included, subway station was very close; this all for a reasonable price.
