This hotel has free English TV program, and there is a massage sofa in the room. I am satisfied with everything except that it takes a bit long (10-15 minutes) to walk to the shinjuku station....

It is the most impersonal kind of reception I have ever encountered, yet it is efficient, and whenever a personal contact was necessary (front desk, information...) - pleasant and polite.

The 24 hour convenience store located on the main floor was super convenient. However, the bathroom was very tiny.

Other than the hotel is beside the Airport Limo Bus-Stop (the best part of the hotel), I can't list any other nice things of this hotel.
The breakfast was bad, with very limited choice of food.
Personally, I would rate the Hotel with only 3 stars rather than the stated "4-star hotel".

10 min undercover walk from Shinjuku train station (for Narita Airport Express & city loop JR Yamanote line & access to many other routes). The views from the restaurant at the top floor of the Shinjuku Washington hotel were terrific and served the best western breakfast of the five restaurants available. Room was small but very functional. Internet connection in the room was handy as we had brought a laptop. Short walk to many eating places and bit further to walk (10+ min) for livelier nightlife.

For a standard single room, the room size was terribly small. There was hardly any room to move around with 2 suitcases. It was disappointing also that there was no heated indoor swimming pool or gym within the hotel. Value for Money.......on the whole it was expensive for so little.

A professional hotel. Not very modern - but nice and clean which is most important. The semi room was small - the bed and desk took most of the space and not leaving much space for luggage. Missed a closet or some drawers to put our clothes since we were staying for several days. OK if you are not planning to stay for several days. Not all the personell were good in English which made some small problems at some occations. Room was a little small, but OK if you are not planning to stay much in the hotel room. The rooms and the hotel was very clean. The maids did a good job!
The hotel is located a little away from the Shinjuku station where most of the stores and entertainment takes place. Convenient with a walking underground connection with the station for rainy days, but a little to long to walk several times a day (approx 15 - 20 min. one way
But if you are lucky you can get a good deal and the hotel is absolutly worth it then!

The room and bathroom is tiny, but clean and quiet - a great location a short walk up to Shinjuku station and all the nightlife and shopping. I thought this hotel was great value for money when staying in very expensive Tokyo.

The room was smaller than I expected. The doors aren`t sound proof.
