Rated #54 for all Tokyo hotels
A very conveniently positioned hotel with good level of comfort. Bathroom somewhat compact. Service very good. the shuttle bus to the station is good service but rather restricted in time only morning and afternoon....

Room was small, but clean, which was expected for tokyo.
It's about a 15min walk to the subway station, but they have a shuttle buss in the morning and then starting back up at 4pm or soemthing.
The hotel staff was really nice and helped us get tickets to see a baseball game.
No complaints, I'd probably stay again. While not in the hotel, there is a great park right accross the street.

The hotel is considered good as it takes only 5-8 min to Shinjuku station. The size of the room is quite clean and small but is expected in Japan. The restaurant has limited choice of food but quite cosy. On the whole, is quite worth value with the amount I paid.

Room was very clean but extremely small. The good location and friendlyness of staff compensate for that. I would definitely stay there again if ever returned to Tokyo.

I like the counter clerk when I ask question or tranfer telephone to the room by using English, they understand and do good job - very polite.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the value for money it gives. By Tokyo standards, the rooms are relatively bigger in size and you still get to move around a bit without bumping into each other. Even without a conventional closet space there were pegs provided where we could hang our clothes. Had I brought a laptop with me, I could have maximized the wireless broadband internet connection. It takes a while to get used to the size of the bathroom though I imagine more so for non-Asian guests who are on the tall side. But the controls are easy to use and there are instructions in English which are helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of choices. The location isn't so bad. If you don't mind walking there is a garden just in front and the Tokyo Metropolitan Building just near where you can get a terrific view of the city from the 45th floor. Shinjuku station is also not that far but if ever you do get tired you can always wait for the hotel's shuttle bus service to take you back. There are also several convenience stores nearby. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They transferred us to another room when we told them that our phone wasn't working. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we wouldn't mind staying here again if ever we come back to Tokyo.
