I had to check-in one day later in the morning as I was not able to secure the earlier flight. I have made arrangements through HotelTravel to pay for the full booking and to keep my room vacant for the check-in in the morning. I received an email stating that the arrangements were made and a point of contact in the hotel was given. However, when I reached in the morning, the front desk did not have this updated information and caused some delay during check-in. This did not create a good first impression.

A good hotel and location was exellent. Close to shinkansen and yamanote line Tokyo. A lot of things to do at the hotel.
