The room was not terribly large, but had a nice bathroom, large LCD TV, and comfortable beds and pillows. The key cards for our room where not coded correctly, so when we returned to our room on the second day of our stay we could not enter the room and had to go back to the front desk. Also, there was no safe in the room, so we had to leave our money, air tickets, and passports at the front desk -- where there is no privacy room if you want temporary access to your papers.
Our stay included breakfasts in one of two large dining rooms on the top floor. The selection was reasonably good, but...

Shibuya has the JR station, Shibuya Metro station, bus station, and even a private bus run by the Tokyu store chain -- who owned the hotel as well. Very convenient. It's a very convneient hotel, with most travellers' facilities, and more accessible than, say, the Tokyu Shibuya Inn, and less expensive than Cerullian Towers.
