Its a great hotel if you want to visit Tokyo disney land on a budget. Also good value if traveling with kids,Staff cant speak English.No train nearby, so difficult to access tokyo, however it has a huge department store nearby, and free shuttle bus to tokyo disney.. you can then access JR rail network and tokyo from here.
My kids loved it.
