Superb buy for the dollar. Have stayed in multiple hotels in this area over the last 15 years. This is by far the best value. I cannot say enough about good about this property and its staff. The room was clean and large. Everything was most clean and primed for visitors. Very helpful in every regard. The standard breakfast is excellent. However by the third day a little more variety would have been nice. Even the corners in the room were spotless! Close to Tokyo Station - a five minute walk. Service by Airport Bus. Immediate acces to the best running area in Tokyo. Internet Service in room access was outstanding. Business Services; High speed net in room. Fax service in business center. Function Rooms was Very comfortable and large for Tokyo. Having stayed in multiple hotels in this area for 15 years this is the best value for the money. It is our new Tokyo home.

Room good size, well appointed. Great location overlooking the grounds of the Imperial Palace, 5 min walk to Tokyo Station, direct drop-off from Narita Airport via Orange Airport Limousine Bus, 24hr ATM which accepts foreign cards (rare in Japan) 2 mins walk away at Citibank office. Recommended for business or leisure.

I was very pleased with the hotel which is situaded in very peaceful surrounding by the Imperial Palace (perfect for running), but still only footsteps away from the subway system. The room was not the most fancy one, but most impostantly the bed was good and the room was clean. Very friendly and helpful staff which speaks english. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. Free use of a nice fitness centre. If I go back I will stay here again!
