"It was my second visit to Tokyo in 2 months on business. Again, the level of kindness, attention and assistance shown at every level was remarkable. This also goes for taxi drivers, Subway employees, shop & supermarket assistants. This is a great comfort in a country where the language, written & spoken, can clearly be daunting to foreign visitors who know no Japanese. Compliments to all staff at this hotel, and due to it's location it was also ideal for the Ginza area and I may well choose to stay here again on my next trip."
