Nethanel from Singapore stayed in a Standard room with one bed (130cm width) for 2 days in November.
What marred the occasion was just one male counter staff that is unfriendly and not customer oriented. After that, I avoided him and apparently, I do not get to see him at all for the rest of my stay. The rest of the counter staff that I met apart from him was cheerful and friendly. Locality wise is excellent for day-tripper and fleet footer. Close proximity to Narita airport and free shuttle to/from airport is a plus factor. Room wise is clean and comfortable. This hotel is in a strategic location and does well for short trippers and transit guests and compare prices to the others is really..Check-In :
