Staff was very good.Resturants are clean with very good selection,and flavor.Hotel is very clean and well kept.transportation is quite easy for downtown jr station and airport.Not much around hotel within walking distance fairly isolated....

Room was pretty ok. Food in the restaurant was too expensive for Tokyo standards. Only one of the 3 restaurants was open due to renovation works (will take 3 months) and was not announced. Also bar was closed. Because they forgot to fill my minibar i had to start a quest for a beer. However, this is just a small unconvenience, i cannot complain about something else in this hotel.
