We found the air conditioner was unable to be used as it was too hot.but the staff provided us with a fan to assit lowering the temp of the room.Other wise the hotels furnishings appearred tired and in need of a refit? The bed linen was clean and the room clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant ,helpful and welcoming. As we only needed the the one night accomodation be fore we flew out late afternoon it was satisfactory for our needs, and the staff looked after our bags whist we went in to Narita for the daywhich was helpful. The bus drivers were also pleasant and charming to transport us to the hotel.

Great sized rooms although a little dated, however the hotel is being refurbished so this hotel should be a good all rounder int terms of rooms, restuarant and proximity to Narita airport.

The room facilities were in bad condition and the price was to high for such accommodation. Furthermore, there was overcharge for late checkout. However, the distance from airport was excellent which cover all the pitfalls.

The hotel is very convenient as it is the closest one to the airport. The shuttle service was a great bonus too. Our main disappointment was that the bar was closed, as it was a Sunday. Therefore there wasn't much else to do to pass the time. The restaurant was overpriced too. On the plus side the hotel offers cheap internet access and the staff are quite friendly. The hotel had obviously not been refurbished in quite some time and this is most noticeable in the hallways. We were informed that the only room available to us was a smoking room. To be honest the smell of the room was enough to put me off from ever staying there again. My advice is that there are many hotels in the area that offer a shuttle service to the airport. Try to find somewhere a little more pleasant to stay!
