I travel extensively on business to many countries around the world, and therefore stay at many different hotels. I would say that the service and attention I was given at the Mercure Ginza was exceptional, almost above and beyond the call of duty and quite probably the best I've experienced. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and as helpful as possible with every enquiry and the level of English spoken by all of them was also excellent.
