"Although the rooms are small, this would appear to be the norm with Japanese hotels unless you are willing to spend some serious money. All in all, I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It was close to tube station, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was kept clean and tidy. My only gripe is that the menus in the hotel restaurant were not fully translated into English which meant the choice was limited unless you're willing to wing it. But in general, I would say this hotel was good value for money and I would have no issue with staying there again."

"The pictures on the internet and brochures make the rooms larger than what they really seem. The room and bathroom is small but practical. But, the overall friendliness, professionalism of the staff and services such as laundry service were excellent. English is not spoken "fluently" so lessons in Japanese are helpful when staying at this hotel. The location was located in a banking district. So, transportation and basic access to popular towns was easy. The taxis came when called and the subway is just a block down from the entrance to the hotel. "
