Staffs behavior terrible. Horrible english skills. They charge the room in adwance before you have sign in eather. No change to get a receip from them... Must say never again!!

Ok for one night sleep, clean room, I would say a standard 3 star rating. I didnt try the breakfast or the other restaurant facilities. Have not been to the other hotels near Narita, but I could stay here once more. If you dont want to wait for the pickup bus from the terminal the taxi trip to the hotel is about 1000 yen(!) about 10$
