The staff at Hilton is why i keep coming back. The eagerness to help you is amazing. Whenever we required assistance , they smiled and put anything they were doing down and gave you their full attention. Getting around Tokyo train system can be quite daunting . The Bell desk attendants were full of knowledge and were happy to give detailed directions. Food is A1. The exchange rate was a big disaster but you live with it and enjoy. Totally reccomend you stay here for comfort, cleanliness and views over Shinjuku. 10/10...

Perfect location in the business area. excellent service with Hotel mini bus to Shinjuku station/Keio shopping area. Very happy with our stay and this hotel. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but anyway very nice. Great value!
