This hotel is perfectly located on the Hanzomon, Tozai, and Shinjuku lines, making travel around the city a snap. The desk staff was extremely helpful, and if you don't speak Japanese, they all speak fairly fluent English. Next time I go to Tokyo, I will definitely stay in this hotel again....

Hotel Grand Palace is situated in a clean and safe area of Tokyo. In the immediate area there are plenty of restaurants to chose from offering both eastern and western food including many japanese noddle bars, indian curry houses, chinese and thai restaurants with Denny's and McDonalds just around the corner. The area does lack late night action, but it is only a 200m walk to the Kudanshita Metro station and from there you can easily reach all areas of Tokyo. If you prefer a quieter vacation then it is only a 10min walk to the beautiful gardens at the Imperial Palace and there are several Buddist temples you can visit in the area. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and gave me a lot of advice on places to visit, good shopping areas and reastaurants and all the front-of-house staff speak excellent english. I had a really enjoyable stay in this hotel and for me the free high-speed internet access was a real bonus.
