The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Tsukiji Fishmarket, close to Ginza and on the same block as a subway station. The rooms were of good size for a Japanese hotel, Pleasant lobby area included newspapers for reading, convenient phone booths and two elevators. The morning breakfast was very good, The non-smoking room had a very nice, clean and fresh smell.Very fine experience with the helpful staff....

Excellent price and location was two blocks from metro line that is direct to major areas of city. Room was clean, well-equpped, shower water hot, small but perfect for me. Able staff. A very good value.

The location of Ginza Capital Hotel is excellent. It took us about half an hour or less to places of interest like the Tokyo Disneyland/Disneysea, Ueno zoo, Odaiba, Ginza Shopping area, etc using the Metro line. The hotel is also near TCAT, where we took the Limousine Express to Narita International Airport.

This hotel is not located at the busy Ginza Shopping Street. It's actually one train station away and if you need to go out for a quick bite, beside the hotel's restaurant, there's only 7-11 which I find not very convenient. However, it's considered value for money since it's in Tokyo...

The rooms was bigger than expected, as I've always heard about how small Japanese hotel rooms are. But I totally did not mind as the room was very clean and their service was excellent. Every member of the staff I spoke to knew English so there were no misunderstandings.

I stayed in Ginza Capital Annex Hotel which is different from Ginza Capital Hotel. They are close anyway - but they should have given me information bofore/after I book. There was a problem for taxi to find it. The Annex hotel is in good location especially for those who want to see the world's largest fish market early in the morning by walk. Only two computers at teh lobby for internet is not enough. Breakfast was good. My room was facing the road side - littlebit noisy. Instead of going to Tokyo station to catch the NARITA express, I suggest take a taxi to TCAT from where limiosine bus leaves - cheaper and easier.... Overall was OK.

The Hotel was good, clean and staff good, but did not realise it is on the edge of Ginza district. Train stations are close by and very easy to get around. I would stay here again but would look for somewhere closer to Ginza district.

What I did not like most was the size of the room. It was so small to the point that I got sick during the night.

I liked this hotel very much. It was close to the subway stations as well as walking distance to the Tsukiji Fish Market, a must see for tourists. The staff were friendly and very helpful but only a few spoke English well. Ginza Core wasn't as close as I thought it would be, it's still about 2 stations away. There's a free shuttle bus going to Tokyo station every morning. Going to Disneyland by train was simple and only took about 20 minutes. I would definitely use this hotel again. Rooms were average size. A little smaller than usual hotels but clean.

It's a good value, considering it is in the centre of Tokyo, where everything is expensive. I missed free broadband internet connection which would be needed especially by businessmen.

Clean but small rooms, quiet area but 2 metro stations in same block, nice staff, got a free breakfast which was pretty good. Good value for Tokyo. Room was small. Couldn't see out the window (frosted glass) and could only open window about an inch. Was very clean and included tv and hot pot and fridge. Staff were very nice and helpful. Quiet area however 2 metro stations within a block away, and Ginza about 10 or 15 minutes walk away. Only had the free breakfast there. It offered Western or Asian style breakfast and it was quite filling. For cleanliness, convenience to the metro and not too expensive.

I think it´s the right choice if you want to visit Tokyo. Don´t bring excess of luggage because the closet was very small. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was very well appointed, the room slightly small by Australian standards but not cramped. Comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities in room. Staff were very helpful in everything we asked about. The single disapointing factor was the lack of link to TCAT, as the transport of our ski bags (about 2 metres long) was difficult even in the "station Waggon" taxi. Staff were very helpful in attempting to get a larger cab for the trip to the airport on checking out, but a Public Holiday meant that they were unavailable. Packing the skis into a standard taxi was a comedic event, but we managed with help from hotel staff and taxi driver (who was most accommodating). Breakfast was superb! Our first Japanese meal and there was a wide range of foods available.
