There was no porter service. Mattresses were very hard and when we requested to chnage to softer beds, the front office manager serving us was unwilling and rude and mentioned that they will only accede to our request only this time. Naturally this will be the last time we pick this hotel.
Room is amll and furnishing is very basic for the price we pay Also the internet photos are misleading as they looked so much nicer than the actual room we stayed in. Bathroom is very small too.
We had a very bad experience at the front desk when we requested for softer beds. Very shocked to receive such poor quality service in Japan where quality of service is so important. We were also very surprised that there was no porter service. Seems everything is done at the front office.
This isi the only good point of the hotel. It is very well located. The breakfast buffet was alright.
