The proximity of the subway station was a great advantage in view of the expansive train lines in Tokyo. The toilet was a trifle small but was very well equipped and sufficient for the whole family as we had taken 2 adjoining twin rooms. Breakfast was great and the buffet in the Garden View restaurant was more than adequate with exemplary efficiency shown by the staff. We never felt hurried and there was always ample room in the restaurant. An improvement that should be looked into, however, is that the rooms were a bit dark in view of the darkly varnished or painted furniture. The Guest Relations personnel were also a great help as they were adequately conversant in English and were able to provide us with photostats of local maps for the various locales of Tokyo. Having said so, the kids were a bit disappointed as there was no dedicated cartoon channels available on the TV. In spite of this, I would definitely recommend this hotel and have in fact done so already. A HotelTravel.com Member, China
