room size was too small compared to what I have experienced in other hotels

Rooms are small but very clean and with modern furnishings. There is a coffee shop which serves breakfast. The breakfast is not fancy, but good. Excellent location, 5 minutes to the Asakusa station. The hotel is 2 minutes from the shopping and food district. There is a laundry just opposite the hotel and also an AM PM (24 hr grocery) 2 minutes away. The Asakusa cruise station (boat cruise on the Sumida River) is 5 minutes away. The staff are very cordial and though they speak limited English, they are very helpful. I was very happy and would definitely stay again.

Good value for money in particular though reception staff spoke little English.

Good value, easy access to three train stations. I will stay again.
