Rated #68 for all Tokyo hotels
Simple & comfortable. Though away from the bustling city, transportation to the city is easy. Room pretty big for Japan standard. Convinient store available nearby and McDonald's just downstairs. Staff understood English fairly well and service was efficient. Train station nearby so easy to get to town. Transport in and out to city convenient but transport schedule from airport too few. Breakfast selection not fantastic. In-room Free but not accessible to MSN
Above my expectation....

I booked this hotel because it is listed on Tokyo Disneyland's website as a Disney Good Friend hotel with a free shuttle to the Tokyo Disneyland park. When I checked into the hotel and asked to secure space on the shuttle for the next day, the woman at the front desk told us we should book a spot in the morning. She did not tell us where the closest train station was or anything about breakfast the next morning. That evening, I attempted to book a spot on the shuttle again. This time, the concierge service stated there were only had three shuttles for the entire day (which did not pick up from the park to deliver you back to the hotel) and they were already booked for the next day. Aside from that, the room was tiny and the bathroom unclean. If you are desperate for a hotel close to Tokyo Disneyland, don't wast your money on this hotel. Pull together the cash and go for a Good Partner or Disney Resort hotel. Most likely, you'll then get your money's worth.
