The staff could not have been more cheerful, helpful or friendly. They assisted me with getting my baggage up to the room immediately, and were very accommodating when I needed something, such as helping with the computers when it was stuck in the Japanese language format. The room was exceptionally clean. I received a voucher for breakfast in the morning, and it was one of the best buffets I have ever had....Very nice staff.

The pool hours are 9AM-9PM. This precludes an early morning swim. I would recommend that they open the pool as from 7AM.

The room was small, but modern and very nice. They first wanted to place our teenage daughters on a different floor, but then gave them a room close to ours. This room was much larger and very nice - good service to accomodate our wish to stay close to our kids. The top floor restaurant was very nice, but the food was a little disappointing.

Ana Narita Hotel provides free easy access to Narita Airport and the railway stations (JR Nara and International terminal 2 at the Narita Airport). Highly recommended. Breakfast buffet is good. This is the best hotel near the Narita Airport. I would definitely stay here again.
