I stayed at this hotel twice during a break in February from 1/2/07 to 10/02/07 in between travelling to Kyoto and back. This hotel can only be described as excellent. sat on the 40th floor eating breakfast in a morning overlooking the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji was something to behold, as was the quality of the breakfast. Rooms were airy fresh and immaculate. I am planning to returnto Japan again soon and would definately stay at this hotel. They gave us an upgrade to a fantastic Tatami room!!! What a treat! The location is fantastic, but the room-service food was not of the highest quality. Internet is pricey and there is no fitness room. We were upgraded to a fantastic tatami room. There is no fitness center and internet is pricey. The business center closes at 9pm. We found the room service food lacking in quality. The breakfast buffet is pricey. But the neighborhood has a variety of food offerings!
The tatami room was very clean. Western-style rooms are carpeted. (Japanese are known for their cleanliness!) Business service closes by 9pm. Did not find it that convenient. Pricey in room. Cheaper in lobby with laptop. No free internet available. Close to 5 metro lines. Good for joggers too - the hotel provides jogging routes. Lots of nearby metro options. Central location. Taxis readily available. It has a great location. Great views no matter where your room.

The people are fantastic and polite, and make sure you visit Ginza especially at night for the neon signs! This hotel is excellent and would have no hesitation recommending to others
