Hotel did not have PC and staff speak very little English. It is very close to Tennoji subways and JR train stations. There are so many shops around you could never finish shopping there. There are 3 main shopping centres and many small shops around.Food is readily available.Reception desk is kind of hidden at the back of the hotel.Direct train to airport.Room size decent.3 single bed ( 1 single bed is equivalent to one and a half australian size single bed) for a triple room.

They put us in a smoking room while we had requested non-smoking! This was a no-no. Fortunately we only stayed there one night. The staff were very professional and helpful in other ways though. The breakfast was alright, nothing special. Location was the big plus for this hotel since we were using public transportation a lot.

Modern, Western style hotel right across from the subway and train stations. Food mall next door as well as a large shopping mall.
Rooms are average in size and, having booked a "triple" we got 3 single beds, effectively filling up the room. However, who cares, we only slept there. Rooms and facilities are spotlessly clean. Razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb/brush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc are supplied.
Beer and sake vending machines are located in the hallways - funny! Even funnier are the high-tech toilets. Fortunately, there is also a simple "flush" handle for the uninitiated LOL!
Breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor and sports generous Western and Japanese style buffets. Try to get breakfast included in the room price, if possible, as the price for such is quite high. Alternatively, lots of little bakeries/eateries can be found in the vicinity.
Staff is very courteous, professional and helpful. English, however, is an issue as it was difficult to find anyone to communicate with even in simple sentences. On the other hand, it's our fault if we travel to foreign countries without acquiring some useful words in their language or at least carrying a phrase book.
Safe neighborhood, which is typical in Japan even for large cities. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again, especially in view of its close proximity to super-efficient public transport.
