The room was small and its decor plain and unimaginative, but it provided comfort and all the facilities I wanted. Service in the breakfast room lacked the personal touch but was otherwise good. As value for money the accommodation rates quite well.

Would have scored 10/10, but let down by stained chairs in the bedroom and very poor "crispy bacon" at breakfast. Value was excellent, staff were excellent, room was excellent (modulo stained armchairs), and I would recommend to anyone. Upgraded to double without asking, all facilities in room excellent modulo armchairs which were stained. Pay TV excellent value. Would have liked coffee (not tea) making facilities, but lack thereof does not make room less than excellent. Reception friendly and helpful, baggage girl ditto, did not have occasion to meet other staff, but based on the two that I did meet, this hotel does indeed provide an excellent service. Looked at "Le rasserie" for dinner; menu looked good, but too expensive for someone on a limited budget. Took breakfast (included in room rate) in the same location; choice was excellent, but let down by rather poor so-called "crispy bacon". To qualify for "excellent", the quality of the bacon should be addressed (the prices are not unreasonable; they were simply more than I wished to pay). Almost everything about my stay would encourage me to return, and if I am prepared to return, I would have no hesitation in recommending others to try it. Within easy walking distance of airport check-in; what could be better ?!

Very quiet, which is amazing for an airport hotel. Good choice of restaurants at the Restaurant Avenue (Izakaya Yu was our favourite). Great products in the bathroom. Excellent multilingual tv programs.

The standard room was ridiculously small, we couldn't even move and didn't bother unpacking - we just had to get out of there. We ended up upgrading to a suite which was far more appropriate for 2 adults, 2 children & a baby. The suite was great, except the 'double' beds are not even that big - there is no way those beds are designed for 2 people to share.

An excellent choice for an overnight transit stop in Osaka as it is literally attached to the airport building but also to a local railway station that allows rapid travel into the city. Room was large by Japanese standards and the staff were very helpful. Good restaurants in the hotel and cheaper options in the adjoining arcade.

Incredibly convenient for early morning flights from Kansai - 3 minutes from the lobby to the check in desk in the airport - it's quiet, clean, although the showers aren't powerful enough :-) Didn't try the restaurants except for breakfast which was fine.

We chose this hotel primarily for it's proximity to Kansai Airport. We arrived on the Airport Express train and saw signs for the hotel almost straight away. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening as we checked in late but the rooms were most comfortable and clean and the hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
