Very near the bullet train station. Good Breakfast Buffet. Staff have some knowledge of English and are helpful. The free internet connection in the room does not work with a mac laptop. The rooms we got really smelled of cigarettes even if we requested for non-smoking. Several 24 hour convenience stores just near by.

Size of room is typical Japanese Hotel. Service is great with staff showing great eagrness to help. Extremely cose to Shin-Osaks station which is great for Shikasen and travel within Osaka metropolitan area.

We found the hotel staff to be friendly and very helpful but we were unable to stay in the room that we had booked as it was so small. My partner joked that if I wanted to change my position that he had to wait outside so that I could do so. But apart from that we found it to be great. Great location as it was a 3 min walk from the train station. We only had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good food with a great range
