Location is perfect. Right next to the train station. And conveniently connected via underground shopping arcade.
Breakfast buffet spread was amazing. On top of that, the meal coupons could also be used to redeem for lunches as well - good for those days you just don't feel like waking up so early for breakfast (although it wasn't buffet, the chinese food was pretty good). The hotel also gave us a complimentary meal coupon to redeem for dinner, and the spread was equally amazing.
The semi-double room wasn't as small as I expected, so quite reasonable for the price. Had smaller rooms in Japan so can't complain. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Spent three nights there for visiting Osaka, Nara and Kyoto.
Location is great, next to Osaka Station and to several shopping malls (one with an integrated ferris wheel) and lots of restaurants.
Room and bathroom are functional but not more, cleanliness is ok.
Would probably chose again because of location.
As many customers arrive by train it would be helpful to have a detailed description how to get from the station to the hotel ("next to the station" offers too much possibilities)
