Comfortable bed, excellent inclusions (TV, hairdryer) daily cleaned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Centrally located near Namba stations, easy to get to/from. We found that we could walk to excellent shopping facilities, get easily to JR Namba station, from where the whole of Osaka and surrounding areas are open to visit. Breakfast is slightly overpriced. Free coffee is a bonus but the cleaning times are inconvenient. better to be either earlier in the morning or later at night.
