"I had a breakfast coupon for the buffet. The food was cold, and not tasty. Many dishes were empty when people went to get food. The drink machine did not work properly. I did not finish my breakfast, and waited until I got to the airport to eat a proper meal.
I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. It is an excellent hotel. I anticipate that I will return many times. I hope the breakfast buffet improves. I asked about a frequent vistor membership card, but was told that there is none. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel. (I may be returning soon). Thank you."
