Overall a good hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet and breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient for us. Right across Kyoto Station so there was easy access to subways, buses and JR line trains. There is alo a post office accros the hotel. As a guest at the hotel you also get one free visit of the Kyoto Tower which offers a great view of the city. ...

Older hotel, but right across the street from bus and train station. Close to convenience storefor picking up breakfast items for next day. Close to postoffice for banking. Close to restaurants in train station. Excellent location if travelling to Nara or bamboo forest. Can see city layout, temples and gion district from the tower.( Good for planning excursions).
