this place was one of the best places we stayed in japan only one other on the same level, staff very friendly and willing to help out when ever they can, they all spoke english which helped (even when i tried to speak japanese they choose to speak english to me), the free shuttle bus was awsome could duck in and out when ever with out that shuttle though we might have struggled to get around (hadent used the subway or busses at that point, but we found those were better than at home lol)...
