We were very pleased with our room at ANA. The staff was very friendly and helpful--everything went very smoothly. It was a great price for the room too! I especially liked that our smoke free room did not have a hint of smoke smell (which often happens). I only wish we had gotten to take advantage of the included breakfast (we had an early flight and had to check out early). The location was good. We were in easy walking distance of Peace Park and lots of shops and restaurants.
